Light, moist and truly delicious banana cake. Much better than a loaf and partners exceptionally well with vanilla ice cream as a decadent dessert, or on its own as a mostly guilt free snack!
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
- Mix together cake mix, eggs and bananas and walnut until well blended. By hand works best so it's not overbeaten.
- pour into prepared cake pans (or muffin tins) and bake as directed until toothpick in centre comes out clean
