Creamsicle Birthday Cake

I found this on the Duncan Hines US site, but couldn't find it here, so adding it, I am making it at this moment. My sister made it for friends the other day and said it taste just like a creamsicle would.

Directions

  1. 1.Prep cake with 1 1/3 water, 1/3 Cup veg. oil and 3 eggs, and bake cake mix according to package directions for a 9x13 inch pan. Poke holes in cake when cooled in rows about an inch apart.
  2. 2.Mix the gelatin with the hot water and then add the cold water. Pour evenly over the cake.
  3. 3.Combine the whipped topping, instant french vanilla pudding, milk, and the vanilla extract. Beat until completey mixed and thickened. Spread evenly over the cake. Refrigerate cake for 1 hour before serving.
