Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of 9-inch round cake pan.
- Combine brownie mix, chocolate chips, eggs, water and oil in large bowl. Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes. Spread in pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 to 33 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
- Combine whipped topping and 1/4 cup toffee bits in large bowl. Spread on top of brownies. Garnish with remaining toffee bits. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into wedges.
