Pecan Dipped Chocolate Cake

Rich, decadent Duncan Hines Devil's Food cake, creamy chocolate frosting spread thick, pebbled with crunchy pecans––you won't be able to stop at just one slice of this Pecan Dipped Chocolate Cake.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  2. Prepare, bake and cool cake according to package directions.
  3. Measure 1/4 cup frosting into small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high power 15 seconds; stir until smooth. Dip bottom third of pecan halves in melted frosting. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until set. Stir melted frosting into remaining frosting in container.
  4. Frost cake with remaining frosting. Arrange dipped pecans as desired.
