Wow your guests with deluxe vanilla icing on a vanilla cake.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Blend cake mix, eggs, water and vegetable oil. Divide batter among three greased 9-inch (23 cm) cake pans. Bake for 23 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean; let cool completely.
- Spread frosting evenly between each layer of cake, making 3 layers. Place remaining frosting into piping bag; decorate side of cake with frosting.
- Spread jam on top of cake; arrange berries on top.
