Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting... or you can use the same ingredients for cupcakes


For the Cake:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients until all combines.
  4. Pour to pan.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  6. Let Cool.
For the Frosting:
  1. Beat butter and cream cheese for 2 minutes.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Beat for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour to a pastry bag and pipe to a cooled cake.
