it is kind of like a sponge cake. it is a sweet cake, made from 3 types of milk products. i add in the 1% milk to not make it too sweet. you can add icing to it if you like.
- baked the cake .. as soon as it was out of the oven i mixed the liquids together in a blender.
- with a folk, i pokes some holes in the top of the cake so that the whole cake would absorb the liquid.
- then i gently poured in the liquid and covered it with tin foil and set it in the fridge for about three hours
