A pound cake with healthy fruits
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with hand blender for two to three minutes.
- Grease a bundt pan and pour in mixture.
- Bake at 330 degrees F. For 38 to 40 minutes, or until sides edges are brown.
- Remove from oven, shake pan a few times and flip cake onto serving plate.
- Icing sugar and hot water to make a drizzle icing on top, your choice of flavouring.
