Golden yellow cake ,with mixed berry jam in the centre , with vanilla icing, topped with strawberries on one side
Directions
- 1. Cake mix
- 2. Add milk,eggs ,oil to cake mix blend for 2 minutes on medium low
- 3. Pour into pan ,i used 2. -8 inch pan. Greased
- 4. Baked 28 - 30 minutes
- 5. Cool
- 6. Cut top off of cake to make even.
- 7.Add mixed fruit jam to first layer
- 8. Add second layer
- 9. Put on the icing than the strawberries
