I put a spin on the new StarwBerry Flavoured CupCakes and make a cake instead!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines Strawberry Flavoured Cupcake Mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Frosting pouch
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1/4 C Margine

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 360 °F for 25 min. EMPTY contents of large pouch into a large bowl.
  2. BLEND cake mix, water, oil and eggs in a large bowl at low speed until moistened .BEAT at medium speed for 2 minutes.SPOON batter into cake pan
  3. Frosting Instructions: MIX softened butter with electric mixer on high for 1 minute or until light and fluffy. Scrape.

that is what I do. perfect for 8 x 2 round pan.
