- Pour pack of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ White Chocolatey Raspberry Flavour Mix into can of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter. Stir until evenly blended.
- Using Chocolate Lovers Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix, add a 1/4cup raspberry jam to the batter; pour into lined/greased muffin tin.
- Push a square of good quality chocolate into the centre of each brownie before cooking, careful not to let it hit the bottom of the pan.
- Bake for maximum fudge-factor as according to the box.
- Let cool. Remove from pan.
- Frost with Frosting Creations White Chocolate Raspberry Frosting, and add a 1/8tsp dollop of raspberry jam to the top centre of each cupcake.
