Orange Milk Chocolate Mousse Brownie

There's nothing like the flavour of orange and chocolate to perk up dessert.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 8x8-inch pan.
  2. Prepare and Bake brownie mix according to package directions with water, oil and egg.
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted 1 inch from edge of pan comes out clean.
  4. Cool completely on wire rack.
  5. Blend whipped topping, melted chocolate and orange peel.
  6. Spread topping on brownie.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

I ADDED A LITTLE ORANGE LIQUEOR TO THE CHOCOLATE BATTER

I would juice the orange and use as part of the water required for the brownies. It sounds fabulous!
