EPIC S’mores Brownie Kit

Skip the campfire! Create an epic mashup of chocolatey brownies and everyone’s favorite fireside treat, right at home. With fudgy brownie mix, graham cracker crust mix, plenty of fluffy mini marshmallows, and a fudge drizzle, you’re just four fun and easy steps away from a picture-perfect creation the whole family will love.


  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  2. Spray 20x20 cm (8x8-inch) metal pan with PAM®.
  3. Stir together graham crust mix and 3 tablespoons (45 mL) melted butter in a medium bowl until moistened.
  4. Press into bottom of greased pan.
  5. Stir together brownie mix, eggs, 5 tablespoons (75 mL) melted butter and 2 tablespoons (30 mL) water in a large bowl until blended, about 50 strokes.
  6. Pour batter evenly on top of crust. Spread gently with a rubber spatula.
  7. Bake on rack in centre of over 32 to 36 minutes, until toothpick inserted 2 cm (0.78 inch) from edge of pan comes out clean.
  8. Remove pan from oven.
  9. Increase oven temperature to 220ºC (425ºF).
  10. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over cooked brownies. When over reaches 220ºC (425ºF), bake 2 to 4 minutes, until marshmallows are lightly browned.
  11. Cool completely on wire rack.
  12. Massage fudge pouch 15 seconds. Cut off one corner of pouch and drizzle fudge over brownies.
  13. Cut brownie bars into squares and enjoy! (Spray knife with PAM® to prevent marshmallows from sticking.)
