
Directions
- Preheat oven to 190ºC (375ºF)
- Spray large baking sheet with PAM®.
- Stir together cookie mix, melted butter, egg and water in a medium bowl until well blended.
- Divide dough into 12 even portions, about 2 tablespoons each, and roll each into a ball.
- Pour sprinkles onto a plate and dip top of each ball.
- Place on baking sheet leaving at 2 cm between cookies. For smaller sandwich cookies: Divide dough into 24 even portions, about 1 tablespoon each.
- Bake on a rack in centre of oven according to chart, until edges are set but centres are still soft.
- Cool on pan 2 minutes before removing to wire rack and cool completely.
- Spread filling on flat side of half of the cookies.
- Top frosted cookie with another cookie to create sandwiches. Enjoy!
