
Directions
- Preheat oven to 190ºC (375ºF)
- Grease large baking sheet with PAM®.
- Stir together chocolate chip cookie mix, melted butter, egg and water in a medium bowl until well blended.
- Divide dough into 12 even portions, about 2 tablespoons each, and roll each into a ball.
- Place on baking sheet leaving at 2.5cm (1 inch) between cookies. For mini sandwich cookies: Divide dough into 24 even portions, about 1 tablespoon each.
- Bake on a rack in centre of oven according to chart, until lightly browned
- Cool in pan 2 minutes before removing to wire rack and cool completely.
- Frost flat side of half of the cookies with frosting.
- Top frosted cookie with another cookie to create sandwiches.
- Pour sprinkles onto a plate.
- Roll sides of cookies in sprinkles. Enjoy!
