This Double lemon pudding cake is the absolute best dessert for company or for that special occasion.

Directions

  1. Mix and cook cake mix according to box
To Make Lemon Filling:
  1. 1-In a medium saucepan, whisk together 1 cup sugar, flour, cornstarch, and salt.
  2. 2-Stir in 1 1/2 cup water lemon juice
  3. 3-mix and add egg yolks.
  4. 4-Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil
  5. continue to cook while stirring constantly until thick.
  6. 5-Remove from heat.
  7. 6-Stir in butter.
  8. 7-Put lemon on bottom of your dish layer with cake then lemon pour remaining lemon over the top
  9. Chill and then serve

Please advise how many egg yolks needed for Lemon Filling. No where in the ingredients needed, does it mention egg yolks!
