Lemon trifle

Directions

  1. Prepare cake according to package. Let cool. Cut in cubes.
  2. Make lemon filling according to package. Cool slightly.
  3. Beat cream cheese and icing sugar, together. Set aside.
  4. Whip the whipping cream. When ready, add the cream cheese mixture to it. Mix until blended together. About 1/2 minute.
  5. Place a layer of cake in bowl, top with a layer of lemon filling, then add a layer of cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with dream whip if you like. Delicious.
