Vanilla Sandal Cupcakes
- Mix & bake cupcakes as directed on Duncan Hines box
- After baking, let cupcakes cool on a cooling tray for 30-60 mins
- Pipe icing onto cooled cupcakes
- Add green shimmer sprinkles (Wilton shimmer/sugar sprinkles)
- Top with your favourite summer toppers (I used paper sandal cupcake toppers)
- TIP: If I have a busy week, I will bake and ice my cupcakes a week or two in advance and freeze them until I'm ready to decorate and serve them!
