- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 Duncan Hines Devil’s Food Cake Mix
- 1 package chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 Duncan Hines Vanilla Frosting
- Halloween candies to decorate
- 1/4 cup Creme de Menthe
- 1. Beat eggs, yogurt, water, oil together in a large bowl
- 2. Add the Duncan Hines Devil’s Food Cake Mix and instant pudding
- 3. Beat until smooth
- 4. Add the Creme De Menthe
- 5. Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full with batter
- 6. Bake for 20 –22 minutes until done
- 7. Cool then frost each cupcake with Duncan Hines Vanilla frosting
- 8. Decorate with assorted candies for Halloween and enjoy!

Is this 1/4 cup Creme de Methe liqueur or creme de menthe extract...this is not specificed?

Creme de menth liqueur, but you can also subsitute mint extract if you don't want to use liqueur.
