Strawberry Shortcake is a Baker's Club favourite. Now you can make it as a cupcake!
- Prepare the French Vanilla Cake Mix according to package directions. Fill 24 cupcake liners with batter almost to the top. Bake according to package directions.
- Let cupcakes fully cool.
- With a sharp pairing knife, cut off the cupcake tops where the liners end.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream on the exposed top of the cupcake. Top with a spoonful of strawberry fruit filling. Place the cupcake top back onto the cupcake.
- Add another dollop of whipped cream on the cupcake top. Garnish with a strawberry.
