Warm cookies made with Duncan Hines Golden Yellow Cake Mix, pulled fresh from the oven and rolled in sugar and cinnamon. Why not whip up a batch of Snickerdoodles today?

  1. Preheat oven to 375 ºF. Grease cookie sheets.
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
  3. Combine cake mix, eggs and oil in large bowl. Stir until well blended. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place balls 2-inches apart on cookie sheets. Flatten balls with bottom of glass.
  4. Bake at 375 ºF for 8 to 9 minutes or until set. Cool one minute on cookie sheets. Remove to cooling rack to cool completely.

I made these with the Gluten Free Golden Cake but use 1/2 the sugar and 1 egg... super yummy

These turned out perfect! Very nice flavor just a bit delicate for packing in lunches but awesome and easy!

I have made these before without the cake mix (but I will be trying it next time with it) but I don't flatten them and leave them in the ball shape and my kids love them!!

Sounds like a good recipe for children to bake.
