My daughter loves adding marshmallows to the center of these before baking. The 7-8 mins is just long enough for them to get soft and gooy without completely disolving and sticking to the pan.

I am a single mom, and newly handicapped, so I love easy recipies! It really is painful for me to stand for more than 1-2 min. at a time! But this, I can do bit by bit and PRESTO! I look like a normal mom again when my 11 year old girl comes home from school! She says....Mom, this must of been alot of work for you! WOW! I really apppreciate it!!
My response...ah, it was'nt tooo bad!!
hee heee!!!

My son and I made these for a family picnic and used M&M's instead of chocolate chips and they were a HUGE hit - everyone wanted the recipe and were shocked when I told them they were so simple and started with brownie mix!!
