Devil's Food Chocolate - Cherry Cake with Chololate-Coffee Icing

Directions

  1. Preheat and prepare pan as instructed on Duncan Hines cake mix box.
  2. Beat cake mix. eggs and one quarter cup water together
  3. Add 1 can cherry pie filling and hand mix together
  4. Bake and let cool as instructed on cake mix box,
  5. icing : 3 tablespoons instant coffee in 3 tablespoons HOT water
  6. add this to Duncan Hines Chocolate Frosting and mix....thicken with a little icing sugar
  7. (you can also add 1 tablespoon cocoa if you want a stronger taste)
