A warm rich tasting cake that you eat till the last crumb
- Butter pecan cake mix
- 1 cup of water,
- 1/2 c canola oil,
- 3 eggs (I used 2 large)
- 1 package of skor bits
- 1 can condensed milk (I used light)
- cool whip (I used 95% fat free)
- Vanilla ice cream
- Pam
- Wooden spoon
- Tin foil
- 9 x 13 glass dish
- Preheat oven 350
- Spray 9x13 dish with Pam
- Follow instructions on cake mix
- Pour into dish
- Bake 28-33 min
- When done immediately poke lots of holes with end of wooden spoon
- Pour skor bits into holes and sprinkle leftovers on cake
- Pour condensed milk on skor bits and cake
- Cover with tinfoil and let sit approx 10 min
- Serve with cool whip and ice cream
