Recipe Description
A warm rich tasting cake that you eat till the last crumb

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • Butter pecan cake mix
  • 1 cup of water,
  • 1/2 c canola oil,
  • 3 eggs (I used 2 large)
  • 1 package of skor bits
  • 1 can condensed milk (I used light)
  • cool whip (I used 95% fat free)
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Pam
  • Wooden spoon
  • Tin foil
  • 9 x 13 glass dish
  1. Preheat oven 350
  2. Spray 9x13 dish with Pam
  3. Follow instructions on cake mix
  4. Pour into dish
  5. Bake 28-33 min
  6. When done immediately poke lots of holes with end of wooden spoon
  7. Pour skor bits into holes and sprinkle leftovers on cake
  8. Pour condensed milk on skor bits and cake
  9. Cover with tinfoil and let sit approx 10 min
  10. Serve with cool whip and ice cream

Hi folks I am looking for a Blonde Brownies. It is a dessert that my Mum loves. Mum has misplaced her recipe and her 82nd B-day it around the corner and I would love to surprise her.
