Chocolate cake with cream cheese icing and walnuts

This tasty cake is so easy to make! a real crowd pleaser and something I can make quickly when unexpected company shows up!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F follow directions on Duncan Hines package for the cake, bake and cool.
  2. Cream the cream cheese and butter together, add the icing sugar and vanilla and continue to beat until nice and fluffy. Add the coconut to the mixture until well combined. Place in the fridge to allow it to chill. Crush the walnuts and set aside.
  3. Once the cake is cooled, spread the frosting all over the cake evenly and top with walnuts!Enjoy!
