Take an already delicious Duncan Hines Chocolate Fudge Cake and add a decadent chocolate whipped topping and this dessert will live up to its name. Garnish your Double Chocolate Cream Cake with maraschino cherries.
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe® Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
- 1 (1.3 oz) envelope whipped topping mix
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- Maraschino cherries with stems
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease and flour 13x9-inch pan.
- Prepare, bake and cool cake according to package directions.
- Prepare whipped topping mix according to package directions. Fold in chocolate syrup until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To serve, spoon topping over cake slices. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
