You Will Need:
- 1 1/4 Cups Water
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 3 Large Egg Whites

- 24 Cupcakes: 21-24 minutes
- 2 8": 32-35 minutes
- 2 9": 28-31 minutes
- 13X9": 32-35 minutes
- Bundt®: 43-48 minutes
- Prep: PREHEAT oven to 350°F, or 325°F for dark or coated pans. PLACE cupcake liners in 2 12-cup cupcake pans. Grease and flour cake pans.
- Mix: BLEND dry mix, water, oil and egg whites in a large bowl at low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds). BEAT at medium speed for 2 minutes. POUR batter into cups, filling each 1/2 full. Split batter evenly between cake pans.
- Bake: BAKE according to chart below, add 3-5 minutes to bake time for dark or coated pans. Cupcakes are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. COOL in pan for 15 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
