- 1/3 Cup Oil

- 9" x 9": 39-42 minutes
- 9" x 13": 22-25 minutes
- Makes 20 Brownies
- Prep: PREHEAT oven to 350°F. (325°F for glass, dark or non-stick pans.) Grease bottom of pan with shortening or spray with cooking spray.
- Mix: STIR brownie mix, egg, water, and oil in large bowl. Mix until well blended (about 50 strokes). Spread in greased pan.
- Bake: BAKE following times below. Add 3-5 minutes to bake time for dark or coated pans. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. COOL completely in pan before cutting and serving.
