The aroma and old fashioned flavor of Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix in this Butterscotch Spice Cookie recipe will take you back to grandma's house.
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe® Spice Cake Mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and vanilla extract in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended. Stir in butterscotch chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes, or until set. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets. Remove to cooling racks. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
